XHP Wood frame glazing compound (putty)
XHP Wood Frame Glazing Compound 1kg and available in store and used by our Glass Experts from Grey Lynn Glass when onsite
- XHP wood frame glazing compound for use in timber frames and used by our Glass Experts from Grey Lynn Glass
- Comes ready to use in a sausage pack
- Self-priming (priming of rebates is not required but is recommended)
- Can typically be painted after 24 hours depending on temperature and humidity
- Compound must be painted after it has skinned over
- Paint with a high quality flexible oil based or water based paint system
Wood Sash Putty available in tubs of 500g or 1kgs and available in store
- Off-white in colour
- Typical dry time before painting is 6 weeks (as tested in primed timber frames at 20 degrees celsius and 60% relative humidity)
- Putty must be painted after it has skinned over and attained a firm set
- Paintable with oil based/alkyd paint system
- Woodsash putty for use in primed timber frames
